Job Profile 
 
We are seeking a detail‑oriented, commercially aware, and customer‑focused professional to join our team as a KYC Operations Analyst. This hybrid role sits at the intersection of operational excellence and front‑office support. 
 
The successful candidate will be responsible for collating customer due diligence documentation, managing KYC-related workflows, and supporting the sales organisation with operational efficiency, data accuracy, reporting, and process governance. The role ensures smooth onboarding, accurate client data management, and effective coordination between sales, relationship managers, compliance, and internal stakeholders 
 
Key Responsibilities
 

KYC / Client Lifecycle Responsibilities: 

  • Liaise with dealers, relationship managers, and clients to request and collect required documentation for CDD/KYC purposes. 
  • Ensure all client information is complete, accurate, and up to date before submission for review. 
  • Maintain and update client records in internal systems, ensuring data integrity and compliance with regulatory standards. 
  • Track and monitor documentation requests, following up proactively to meet deadlines. 
  • Support periodic KYC refreshes, remediation projects, and regulatory-driven reviews. 
  • Contribute to process improvements that enhance the efficiency, accuracy, and consistency of client data collation 
     

Sales Operations Responsibilities: 

  • Act as the operational link between sales teams, onboarding, payment operations, and compliance. 
  • Manage and maintain CRM data quality, including pipeline hygiene, account updates, ownership alignment, and product configuration. 
  • Support onboarding workflows for new clients and product activations, ensuring the sales team has clear visibility of progress and outstanding requirements. 
  • Work with sales and relationship managers to ensure account setups, permissions, and trade profiles match client requirements. 
  • Produce regular MI and dashboards for sales leadership, tracking onboarding cycle times, KYC pipeline progress, revenue activation metrics, and client usage trends. 
  • Assist with forecasting and pipeline consolidation by validating data inputs and ensuring CRM accuracy. 
 
Skills & Experience Required
  • Experience in client support, sales operations, onboarding, administrative, or operations role within financial services. 
  • Familiarity with CDD/KYC processes and regulatory requirements is desirable. 
  • Strong organisational skills and exceptional attention to detail. 
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to engage professionally with internal teams and clients. 
  • Proficiency with CRM or client lifecycle management systems (e.g., Microsoft Dynamics). 
  • Strong data-handling, reporting, and dashboarding skills. 
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively in a fast‑paced environment. 
  • Team‑oriented, proactive, and comfortable working across both commercial and operational teams. 
 
Preferred Qualifications: 
  • Degree in Business, Finance, Law, or a related field. 
  • Experience in sales operations or supporting front‑office teams. 
  • Familiarity with AML/CTF regulations. 
  • Knowledge of FX, payments, or treasury-related products.
